  • Judicial institutions

  1. have an active interest in the IFCE;

  2. assist the ICCE in fulfilling its objectives;

  3. share information,experiences and ideas with the ICCE; and

  4. promote use of the IFCE

Implementing Members

  • Courts/Court systems

  • Tribunals/Tribunal systems


  1. have an active interest in the IFCE and implemented the IFCE;

  2. assist the ICCE in fulfilling its objectives including providing advice where able;

  3. share information, experiences and ideas with the ICCE;

  4. promote use of the IFCE;

  5. have demonstrated significant use of the IFCE.

Courts, court systems, tribunals, and tribunal systems who are currently Supporting Members may move to Implementing Member status once they have demonstrated evidence of significant use of the Framework.

Implementing Members are required to certify annually that they are still implementing the IFCE and their membership status will revert to Supporting Member if they fail to complete the annual certification.

Application for ICCE Membership

The Executive Committee of the International Consortium for Court Excellence (ICCE) appoints members after due consideration of applications received. The Executive Committee is made up of founding members and other representatives.

To become a member, organisations should email the Executive Committee via the ICCE Secretariat at ifce@aija.org.au with the filled application form.
