About Us

The ASEAN-IFCE Resource Network was formed pursuant to the Hanoi Declaration at the 8th CACJ Meeting to build expertise on court excellence in ASEAN.

Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ)

The CACJ is a forum for ASEAN judiciaries to build closer relations, exchange knowledge, and discuss the common issues that concern them.

International Consortium for Court Excellence (ICCE)

The ICCE consists of international judicial institutions with expertise in court and judicial administration. Representing significant international experience in the application of court quality management models, they have joined to promote court excellence. The ICCE developed the International Framework for Court Excellence (IFCE) with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of justice and judicial administration.
